weekly update

It has been a slower but very interesting week. Amanda celebrated her 21st birthday last night. We all went out to one of our favorite restaurants, Il Forno, Italian/spanish cuisine, to celebrate. I ordered my usual cheese pizza. Best pizza I have found in Sevilla. It reminds me of the pizza from Pizzaville USA, a pizza place I used to go to while I was growing up in Bakersfield, California. We are waiting the arrival of Jonah's mom, Margaret, and her boyfriend, Neil, on Saturday. They are here for a week long visit from California. They happen to be here during the Holy Week that happens every spring time in Sevilla. Maybe I will blog more about that next week. Margaret will be bringing a care package for me that my mom put together with some maternity clothes that she found shopping at Charity Shops in California. And just in time. I have just this week grown out of my normal trousers and need some bigger trousers and longer shirts.
